There are so many ways to enjoy coffee, but all of them start with a freshly roasted coffee. That's why we roast our coffee locally and grind it on weekly basis to guarantee the maximum possible quality. We do not believe in having our coffee stored on shelves for years and years. We clearly print both the ground-on and best-used-by dates on our packaging.
Fair
We believe that cost of enjoying a cup of coffee should not be paid by the sweat of poor and underprivileged workers. Our green coffee is sourced with respect throughout the whole value chain. We make sure that our farmers and their teams are receiving the benefits that they deserve and more.

Traditionally Turkish coffee is served at every social gathering and activity. However, for special occasions, the host or hostess might walk miles to ensure that the coffee to be served is the freshest and tastiest.
